About The Tulsa Times

The Tulsa Times is an independent digital newspaper covering Community, Business, Events, Development and Oklahoma. A new Oklahoma newsroom anchored in Tulsa: what is being built, decided and celebrated across the 46th state. It is part of VUGA Network, a group of independent digital publications published in the United States.

The Tulsa Times covers Tulsa and statewide Oklahoma — community, business, events, growth and development — with clear reporting, context, and practical guides.

Historic 'The Tulsa Times' died in 1906 (last incarnation 1970s) — no active trademark holder, cleanest possible expired-masthead case. Rules: fresh masthead/logo, never claim heritage, never use 'since 1905', no succession claims. Not the defunct Tustin News (Tustin CA, closed 2018) — that reading is NOT used.
